Community Listening Project

We are recruiting volunteers to participate in a Community Listening Project!

The Orange County Democratic Party is launching a community listening project to better understand what issues matter most to Orange County voters. Through small group conversations, we are asking people to share their perspectives on the issues affecting them and their community.

What to expect
Participants will join a small focus group (8-12 people) for a 90-minute conversation with others from Orange County. During the listening sessions, we want to hear participants priorities, concerns, and ideas. To compensate participants for their time, we will provide a $50 gift card. The focus groups will be held January 21, 2026 at convenient locations around Orange County.

Why participate?
The input from these focus groups will inform the Orange County Democratic Party’s priorities. This is an opportunity to make sure your voice is heard.
